Azoren, S. Miguel - Villa “ Garajau” ( Villa of the terns)
A nice and cozy villa in the south coast of S. Miguel island ( the Azores islands), fifteen minutes far from Ponta Delgada, in Caloura a valley by the seaside; an ancient shelter for the pirates galleons, full of wonderful islets and natural swimming pools with the migration “garajaus” (terns or sea swallows), under a luminous micro climatic and always mild atmosphere! Wonderful landscape for bird watching; reading; walking; fishing; diving and swimming in a radiant and peaceful nature, with all safety.
Behind the villa, the picturesque view over Água de Pau’s hill (a fishermen and farmers village).The house is surrounded by a lawn (with hortenses and fruit and pine trees) and an orchard with a belvedere overlooking the islets and swimming- pools with a fabulous scenery. The garden provides a private access to the sea, through a gate that leads to a safe staircase built on the rocks.

Renting conditions:
Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly from February to 15 July

50 euros daily – 2 Persons. Other conditions of renting may be dealt between both parts. The whole process ruled with contract.
